Isabelle McMyn’s Daily Outtakes

Good evening everybody! Hope you are all doing very well. I am Isabelle and I am going to be giving you your daily outtakes of our trip. So far we got off to a great start! It all started with myself getting lost in Houston air port, but being a good girl and listening to my mothers wise words of “if you are ever lost, stay put” came to mind I sat on a sky train bench until the group of rambunctious teenagers found me! Don’t forget our scavenger hunt in the airport where we had to take a selfie with someone sleeping as well. We got her safely, besides CJ falling up the stairs, and then getting to the top of the stairs and falling again. Good laughs already! The best part is, when you have a shower you absolutely can’t touch the shower head or its wires, otherwise you will be getting the literal “shock” of your life. We were all exhausted and ready for bed, but no, Faith is horribly afraid of spiders, and loves to scream out her lungs at 1 in the morning. The morning was fabulous, and the guard dogs love to roll on their stomachs and beg for belly rubs, from total strangers… We did figure out that we can fit 15 people in a small van though, and we also love having our sweaty legs stuck to each other and to the leather seats of that van. The construction was great! Lottie loves getting stucco (which is the mud of cement) in her hair as well! With all these hilarious times what else can go on? Well us “loco” teenagers, (Brandon and Aiden)  also like to teach the local parrot how to say vodka! He’s got that down pat!

Grace- “What did you teach it to say?”

Parrot- “VOKDA, VODKA”

So parents do not worry because we are safe, sound, and have the best security around.
